The sales facilities inside the Osiria Theme Park consist of two buildings, one for F&B convenience facilities and the other for commercial facilities. They form another axis of the representative amusement parks of the Osiria Tourism Complex alongside Lotte World Adventure Busan and Skyline Luge. In the master plan, which was developed based on the theme of an amusement park embracing nature, the sales facilities were developed based on the concept of a shared forest where healing in nature leads to consumption. The Gourmet Food Hall building and the Maison Dongbusan building, which mainly carry home appliances and interior goods, contribute to diversifying food, clothing, and shelter consumption patterns of residents in the East Busan (Dongbusan) area along with the nearby Lotte Outlet. The two buildings draw people from their respective entrance plazas and lead them to the central space of the interior. The 18m long space in the middle, where two floors are integrated, naturally forms a plaza. The building connected through the bridge creates a bright and pleasant atmosphere all year round, with natural light coming through the skylight and indoor landscaping. It was completed as a comfortable shopping space that resembles nature but is protected from the external environment.
